I was very pleased with the service provided by Squid and the Company. His work was excellent and he took great care that the system was functioning perfectly before the end of the job. I found choosing someone to replace our old boiler quite nerve racking (there's so many cowboys out there), we had quotes from British Gas and EDF, but were not impressed by their salesman. I asked everyone I met, but no one knew a reputable plumber (unfortunately I over-looked Paul next door!). In desperation I searched Thomsons and your advert caught my eye, I liked the idea of choosing a small family run firm. However, the actual decision to choose GasN1 was because of Squid; I liked his manner - it was refreshing to speak to some one who actually installed boilers rather than a salesman in a suit. Just over a week ago, Bear arrived to install our new boiler. We have been really impressed by Bear; he is always polite, he works carefully and methodically, taking time to determine how the work should proceed, should pipes go this way or that way . . . . he's quie artistic! It was a pleasure to have him around. GasN1 (and in particular Bear) has surpassed all our expectations. In future, we will happily and without and hesitation, sing your praises to anyone we meet who needs a plumber!
